- - Issues regarding an individual's private life are not handled through this channel.
- - he confidentiality of real-name whistleblowers is strictly guaranteed, and any attempts to trace or identify the whistleblower’s identity are strictly prohibited.
While anonymous reporting is permitted, please note that a report may not be officially registered or processed if the whistleblower's contact information is unclear or cannot be verified.
Reporting Process
- - The timeline for action may vary depending on the content of the report and the verification process. Based on its nature,
the report may be transferred to the relevant department for appropriate action.
- - Notification of the outcome will be posted on this website instead of through a separate written reply.
- - The processing period is within 30 days from the date of receipt, and may be extended if a further investigation is required.
- - Whistleblowers may file an appeal within 10 days after the outcome is notified.
Whistleblower Protection
Guaranteed Confidentiality : Any act of disclosing or implying the whistleblower’s identity without their prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Protection of Status : Whistleblowers are protected against any disadvantage, retaliation, or discrimination from business relationships
or their affiliated departments due to reporting, testifying, or submitting evidence.
Mitigation of Liability : If any negligence or error by the whistleblower is discovered in connection with the report, disciplinary action
against the whistleblower may be mitigated or waived.
